Content Virginia Terms of Service

Version 1 · Effective 9/3/2026

1. Scope of Services Content Virginia provides video editing, production and related creative services as described in the package and add-ons selected at checkout. Deliverables, quantity of videos, maximum clip counts and maximum durations are defined by the selected package.

2. Deliverables and Revisions Each package includes the number of revisions listed on the package at the time of purchase. Revision requests must be submitted through the client dashboard and describe the requested changes clearly. Requests that materially change the creative direction or scope may require a new order.

3. Payment All fees are due in full at checkout unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices are shown in USD and exclude applicable Virginia sales tax, which is calculated at checkout. Recurring partnership plans bill automatically until canceled.

4. Refunds and Cancellation Orders may be canceled for a full refund before editing begins. Once editing has started, fees are non-refundable, though we will work in good faith to deliver a result you are happy with within the included revisions.

5. Client Footage and Materials The client is responsible for delivering usable footage and any brand assets through the provided upload link. The client represents that they own or have licensed all footage, music, logos and other materials supplied, and that our use of them will not infringe any third-party rights.

6. Turnaround Delivery windows shown on each package are good-faith estimates and begin when all required footage and information have been received. Delays in client materials or feedback extend the delivery window accordingly.

7. Usage Rights Upon full payment, the client receives an unlimited, perpetual license to use the delivered videos for their own marketing and business purposes. Content Virginia retains the right to display the work in its portfolio and marketing unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

8. Confidentiality Each party will keep non-public information shared by the other confidential and use it only to perform under this agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Content Virginia's total liability arising out of or relating to this agreement will not exceed the amount paid by the client for the order at issue. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law This agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Virginia.

11. Changes to These Terms Content Virginia may update these terms from time to time. The version accepted at the time of an order governs that order.
